I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at United States Digital Service (Washington, DC) in Jul 2025
Interview
Had a recruiter contact me over phone. Then technical take home assessment where you had to build out an application based on a set of requirements. I got ghosted after this round, but there would've been 2-3 other technical rounds after this going over your assessment and resume

Interview
It started with a call with a Recruiting Liaison. They gave me some background on the department and the position. Also, they explained the process as being 3 interviews based on engineering, experience and emotional intelligence. When they happened there would be a review process within the week and the liaison would be in touch to let me know if I was going to move on to the next stage or not.
