3 interview rounds asking basic questions about the background,
In all the 3 interview they wanted me to repeat the same content to different stakeholders and reverted even after giving a verbal offer. Such a waste of my time.
Advice to management
Please organise 1 panel interview apart from the HR initial call. So 2 interview rounds in total.
Reverting a verbal offer is very unprofessional and this has happened in the Uniting IT space earlier as well shared by an HR agent(I was not the only one). Please have clear communication and direction please don’t waste candidates time and emotion.
