Lots of paperwork and very thorough, Took a Tradesman test. Whether it was for plumbing HVAC or Electricial. Then went and took a personality test. Finally got to speak with a manager and he was very transparent on how he runs his business and what he expects out of his guys. His main focus was integrity and I really liked that alot
