After applying for the vacancy online I was invited for an interview (30 min) with one professor and an employee. Both sides spoke 50/50 of the time. I did not get feedback after the letter of refusal.

Phone interview, then I had to provide all required documents including the diploma and relevant certificates. As I came abroad I needed extended time for visa. All process took around five months.
