Regular interviewing process: HR screening, tech interview, CTO intervew. Technical interview was amazing, I had a pleasant conversation with the lead of hiring team. But CTO step ruined everything... At the beginning of the conversation, the intervier was in a taxi. After that, I had to wait until he finished check-in process in the airport. For the rest of the conversation, we kept stopping to wait for the airport announcement to finish.
