Recruiter contacted after applying online. Then completely ghosted. Sent an email to follow up with no response. Horrible first impression of a company and even worse representation of how they value people.

Interview
Interview process was very straightforward. One interview with HR/Recruiting, one with the hiring mgr, and one panel interview with a short presentation. Background check and then the offer came very quickly.
3 phone interviews and a 30 minute presentation. Phone interviews were between 30-45 minutes each. They gave you PPT slides to build presentation off of which made it easier. Presentation taken seriously. Good questions were asked in the phone interviews.
