Very straight forward interview . Only a 1
Step interview with manager. They provide overview and expectations. Additionally they provide type of pay. It is a fee for services . So the case load is determined by you .
There was an Initial Phone call and then if they want o proceed they did face to face zoom video. It was a simple and straightforward process, especially if you have experience and passion for working with families.
