They make you answer a question by recording a video online. Once you pass that stage, they ask you to come in person and set up a group meeting with around 20 other candidates. You are then put into teams and have to work towards solving problems and creating innovative ideas

They didn't ask any specific questions. Immediately, you are paired off, and you introduce yourself to your partner and why you want to work for the company and vice versa. You are then put into larger groups.
