I had two interviews with Nick. He was not engaged in the interview at all, and was often more concerned with what was going on with his cell phone during the interview. I could tell that he was not trying to be rude because he seems like a nice guy, I think he just had too many things going on at once and it resulted in a very negative interview process because he was very distracted.
