Call first round plus a visit on site.
I had the call and then was interviewed at their site, it was informal and relaxed. The atmosphere was friendly, and the staff was collaborative.

Go through Cvs and select qualified people whom will contact for an interview, interviews them with line managers so that they can give their views towards the candidate! After a week will contact them candidates and give the feedback wether they are qualified to come for second interview or they didn't make it!
