Someone reached out to me about a phone interview. It was friendly, informational, and information gathering. Then after about a month, someone reached out about getting 2-3 references & then, an in person interview. After the in person interview, in about a week & a half I received a provisional offer, and once I got the paperwork in, I received an official offer.

An application is filled out and you are called almost immediately for a structured phone interview. The phone screen took about one hour and was in a conversational style asking about experience and expertise. An offer was made within 2 weeks and orientation followed 2 weeks later.
