Initial phone interview with HR rep, then scheduled in person for an interview with two clinical supervisors. The interview was relatively easy, but off putting in the sense that I was only informed until then that I'd be working at two schools instead of one. When asking for more compensation as a result of this, was denied due to credentialing. Expectations were made clear that 8 clients should be seen a day. Essentially you'd be pumping out sessions while also being asked to work on days the school has off for a fill in at other clinics. Clinical supervisors were lackluster and barely asked any relevant questions to assess my capabilities. Initially accepted with reluctance and I should have trusted my gut. After giving urine, bloodwork, paying for fingerprints out of pocket, I noticed onboarding was disastrous. Both the medical personnel and credentialing have absolutely no idea what they're doing. They make newer employees do the grunt work. I waited two months with no start date. I sent in multiple emails with forms and documents and would always get something in return about needing more or missing docs. Medical personnel approved me one month later, with the person calling me twice and not even realizing she had called me twice. When emailing HR they could promise no start date and no reply to my concerns except "soon, talk to credentialing." Please train your staff. Or don't, but expect that your employees be overwhelmed and put in zero effort to work because why should they when you have a system that barely functions.
