Not bad at all! They ask you basic interview questions as to why you want to work there and what about the cause makes you excited about this opportunity. One thing is that they were being a little tough and made it seem as though you might not qualify for the position just to see how you respond to cristism and tough team player, so don’t be discouraged. You will be interviewed by two people. The interviewers are very loyal to this organization and know a lot of information so before the interview definitely look into their programs and gain information on domestic violence. But overall good interview and was treated like a conversation. The interviewers understand that interviews can make the interviewer a little anxious so they are extremely patient and understanding. Defiantly recommend apply if you are a POC.
Remember ask question question question!
You basically get a call from HR and they schedule you for an appointment to meet with them again so they get to know you a bit more. The HR agent will tell you immediately during your interview with them if they think you’re the right fit. If not, they will tell you they are still looking for candidates. Once the HR agent believes your a good fit, they will schedule you with an interview with the director and department chair of the department you applied for. After that, if the department chair and director think you’re a good fit, they will let the HR representative that you interviewed for know that they want you. They will not tell you you got the job during the interview. 24-72 hours the HR representative will contact you and tell you if you got the job or not
