The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ursa Space Systems in Feb 2025
Interview
HR Screening -> Panel Interview -> Final interview with leadership. Interview was focused on learning style, how one handles multiple deliverables, and interest in the company. Quick response and kept up-to-date with expected timeline
I had two interviews—one with HR and one with a panel of professionals. I was well-prepared, and both interviews went well. I was told they would follow up for a third interview, but I never heard back—not even a rejection email. By the way, requiring three interviews for an entry-level position is a waste of time for both sides. Ghosting candidates after interviews is completely unprofessional, especially when it disregards the time and effort they put into the process.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ursa Space Systems (Ithaca, NY) in Nov 2023
Interview
Initial phone screen w/HR, followed by a friendly panel interview. Was told I would hear back regardless, but I did not receive any further communication. It was disrespectful of my time invested responding to their skills questionnaire & portfolio, and research/interview prep to not receive even an automated response that they wouldn't be moving forward.
