Utah Debate Commission interview questions

The problem wasn't the questions they asked. It was that they didn't allow anywhere near enough time for the interview. I had no time to ask them any questions, and it is a brand new position and a brand new organization! For that reason alone I determined that I did not want the job. They were selecting an ED to lead a brand new organization with a 30-minute interview! That threw up huge red flags for me.
