you start in a room with other people taking a standardized test. After they score the test they bring 1 person at a time into another room where there is a 1 on 1 interview. A few days after the interview they let you know if you got the job. Then you have to take a drug test.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Utiliquest
Interview
Started out great with a phone interview, got moved onto in person interview. Horrible in person interview, hiring manager was poorly talking about one of his techs having to work from home after an accident. He said how the only reason he wasn’t being promoted was because he was moving soon, and so he had to train his new boss. Just horrible slimy feeling after interview.
