I applied online. I interviewed at Utopia Creations (Leeds, England) in Oct 2017
Interview
I had to wait 50 minutes for a 5 minute interview. There we’re quite a lot of other people waiting and everyone looked distressed. The receptionist looked like she didn’t give a crap, and didn’t seem interested. Some of the staff were miserable and moody aswell, and it made the experience bad.
In the interview Rebecca asked why I want to work here, about my hobbies and stuff like that.

Interview
First i had a phone interview with Rachel i think it was? she was very positive and friendly, the only positive thing i could take from this company. when i got to their office in Leeds there was already 20 other people sitting down waiting and i had to wait over 40 Minutes before the hiring manager came in and greeted me to come to this office. Had a 5 Minute chat, very brief, explained what the company was about, never got the chance to ask any questions and i was told i would get a phone call
Was called in 2 days and told to come to spend a day with some sales assistant, had to travel to some shopping center, where i watched the sales assistant trying to sign people onto some credit card scheme, it was a really pointless day as i had to write a long essay for Hours in the cold and watch the team leaders from far away,
If you're looking for a job where you just stand outside a shopping center trying to sign on customers onto some debit card scheme, this job is for you, they false advertise and it's a total scam and a waste of time, i would totally never apply for any jobs to do with this company, worst experience in my whole career from this company, you'll regret going ahead with this company.

Interview
I attended an interview with Utopia, I was greeted by a very positive woman called Rachel and then asked to attend an interview the next day! I was impressed by how quick they got back to me. The first interview was a chat for ten minutes to discuss my goals and to meet me. We discussed the roles available and the progression that is available.
I received a call back to attend a second part which was a full day. I met one of the top employees that showed me how the clients are represented. I enjoyed the day thoroughly. My leader was great and very approachable with questions.
The final interview that I had lasted 15/20 minutes. I was offered the job which I accepted. I started with the company the following week after I worked my notice. The final interview was reviewing my day and the feedback from my leader. Just confirming all the finer details of the role.
