The initial interview was a phone call with HR representative once they received my cv via email. In this call we went through my experience, the role and basic availability and current working conditions. Once you pass the phone call , you are set up with a meeting with your Senior Manager. This was an hour meeting face to face on premise and included discussion about my skill set, my experience and the components of the job. There was some emphasis on the technical abilities as it involved digital rebuild of a website.
