Interview
Professional interview with more participants than expected. From resume submittal to actual in-person interview was very quick, which was nice. Toward end of interview it was apparent that we were not a good fit for each other, but all interviewers were engaged and concerned with getting the right candidate for the position.

They focused on a significantly declining aspect of their business (which would make up less 30% of the job duties) and seemed intent on finding a candidate with this narrow (and likely, in-house) knowledge that most outside candidates will not know.
