The process was smooth with the internal recruitment lead, then I had the interview with the manager being second interview, there was no communication of the outcome, not even a generic email.

Interview
I successfully completed two rounds of interviews with both the hiring manager and potential peers. The overall process was smooth and efficient, During the interviews, the feedback was very positive. Unfortunately, subsequent to the interviews, I did not receive any follow-up communication or feedback regarding the outcome of the process.
