Brief chat on the phone then invited to attend an interview. Interview lasted over and hour and a half and went really well, we talked about the industry in general and they liked my enthusiasm. We talked about why VCCP? Why marketing? and why the role? Asked to talk about my favourite campaign they've done and my favourite in general. I was invited back to a second interview with the head of the department and another team member for two separate interviews. Asked similar questions about why VCCP and more about my experience in relation to the role. They said they would decide in two days but it took almost 5 before I heard back. Apparently it was between me and someone else, and the other candidate knew more about the role. I really enjoyed the experience and would seek another opportunity within this agency.
