Approximately three days after completing the online application process, HR called to setup an interview. I met with an engineering manager and two senior engineers. All the conversations went well I thought. Lastly I met with HR and it was a bit strange. She asked me, in several ways, if I understood what my day to day duties would be. I really don't think she was satisfied with my responses, which were somewhat vague as I only had a vague understanding of what I would be doing. Most of the interview consisted of a tour of the facility in Andover. I will say that they do have an excellent benefits package.
