I applied through Indeed.com, was then contacted by HR via email to schedule a phone interview. HR was very informative answering my questions and they were very knowledgeable about the business. We had a great interactive exchange and later that day, I received an email asking if I could come in for an in person interview. My interview was scheduled later that week with the VP of Operations and the HR Manager. The interview process was very straight forward they asked the right questions about my background and experience and the exchange between everyone was very comfortable, pleasant and insightful. They made me want to be part of this team because of their high energy! Just an overall great vibe. The next morning there was an offer sent out to me and I accepted. Being part of this team has been the best experience and I am so proud to be part of the VIGO team!
