VITAC interview questions

I applied on Indeed. I was contacted by someone in HR for a phone screen. I was then invited to an in-person interview. Before that interview, I had to take a test (mostly around grammar and Excel). The interview was with the manager who was warm and asked relevent questions.

It was not much of an interview. It was more of an overview of the role itself. They were nice and welcoming, and asked me one or two behavioral questions, but I didn't feel like the interview really prepared me for the hectic and stressful nature of the role.
