1st Round; Phone call with tech recruiter based in San Fran. Calm, almost entirely personality. Standard interview questions about who are you, what got you into programming, are you capable of working in a fast paced job. This reduced applicants from the 1300 that applied (from what I heard) to the 20 phone interviews, than to 8 on second stage.
2. Zoom call with tech lead for the dept. I would work under. Asked me a lot more technical questions than what I was prepared for. I expected personality questions, and instead got hit with a lot of stuff about databases. I can't imagine it would be too hard to study, just wasn't ready for it.,
