I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at VMock (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Apr 2016
Interview
There was nothing as such. No technical question. They just asked me about my projects and previous work. JEE/AIEEE rank. Discussed about my future plans and are of interests followed by the compensation they would offer. While joining the company, there would be a short meeting again. They might ask you to make some project too.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at VMock (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Dec 2016
Interview
I applied online through LinkedIn and was asked to visit the office for on the spot technical assignment (which doesn't make much sense to me) and interview with the founder. I am fine to do the assignment, as long as they give enough time to complete. During this particular interview, I felt the assignment couldn't be completed with good code quality, working functionality and beautiful design, on the same day.
Again, they themselves ask me to complete it during the weekend and never revert back. They should've at least notified me that I was not selected on the spot, instead of wasting my time.

Question 1
After starting off with a general discussion about my projects, they asked me to develop a fully functioning app on iOS, using Google Maps API as well as Twitter API. The functionality wasn't as straight forward and the app needed to be great in terms of design. All this within a couple of hours.
