Interview
There is usually a long wait because first you interview with the recruiter, then with the discipline supervisor at the regional office. The wait between the interviews is very long. I was told that this process would take a long time because the regional office was "slow". I was surprised.

phone interview, in person interview with HR then with director. HR interview were mostly behavioral questions and what would you do? Asked about my work experience as well as clinical experience. Asked about cases I've had in the past and challenging situations I've had. Pretty average interview, however be prepared and do your research about the company.
