I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at VOSS Solutions (Cape Town) in Jan 2014
Interview
Fair but very complete and well balanced. You are contacted first by the agent and then are invited to participate in a Skype interview. If you are successful in that interview then you will be invited to the offices for a 1 to 1 and for a chat with at group of guys in the same role as you are interviewing for. The idea is to get a feel for you but also to give you a feel for the company.
