Very laidback. Applied and had one in-person interview. The interviewer focused more on my personality and skillset than my background experience. They wanted to make sure I was comfortable in a "different" work environment. It definitely was not a corporately run place. The office was a mess but the interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable.
