The whole interview process was well organised and they were quick to give me feedback. The steps I completed: - Initial call - Reverse interview (I ask questions) - Take-home coding challenge + code review - Technical Interview (behavioural questions + live coding follow up from take home coding challenge)

Each stage of the interviewing process was fairly standard, straightforward, and no drama. There were a few different stages: - 30 minute standard initial call with a recruiter - 45 minute "reverse interview" where the CEO talks more about the company and its goals and why it is a good place to work - ~45 online "technical quiz" that was quite easy - 1.5 hour technical interview where I worked through a provided problem on a call, explaining my thinking throughout the process - 1 hour culture interview At every stage VXT welcomed and encouraged questions. I felt like they genuinely wanted to get to know more about me, and get to know me better. Everyone I interviewed with was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The overall process was fast, with the average time between each interview stage being 1-2 days.
