I had applied for the job role of Head - eCommerce with Vaisansar in the month of March. After having discussions for the role of Digital Market head, my profile was shortlisted for the role Marketplace - Head. I had interview with Mr Ankit Tripathi on call and he was impressed with the interview. He had informed me to make a 6 month plan of my work towards the brand that I would handle. I have made the presentation which was liked and selected. I was then called for the final discussion at their Borivali office. We had a final discussion and closed the candidature. I was informed that they would require me to come to office everyday during strict lockdown in Mumbai in April 21. I have asked them for WFH since the cases were very high and initial can be done at home. I was informed that they would check and revert. Later I had even informed to come on my own expenses and work alternate days. However, they kept delaying stating they would get back to me.
I haven't seen such worst organization who is not at all professional. The HR informed me that she will get back to me but it's been 2 months. They don't have any courtesy to get back to a candidate. Stay away from such organization where people are not at all professional. They even say that they are new and they don't have respect for experienced employees. Bad Experience.
