First HR gets in touch with you by phone, they ask you a few questions, it takes about 15 minutes. Then, there’s another phone interview with the hiring manager, about 30 minutes. And finally there’s a on-site interview with the hiring manager and some staff, as well as a site tour to understand where and what you will be doing.
