I was contacted by the hiring committee to interview at the office. I interviewed with two Team Leaders and they had great chemistry and made me feel extremely comfortable. They gave an overview of the position and described some examples of work in this job. They reviewed the benefits package and things like vacation and bonus policies. After this in person interview, I had a "second interview" with and HR rep that was basically a formal review of benefits and they gave me an offer letter.

They ask your education and experience and why you want to work there. Basic questions that are standard for most interview processes. They will answer questions you have and give you an opportunity to tour if you request to do so.
