The GM does most of the talking other person reads your body language. The scenario question are relatively easy to answer. The owner of the company steps in towards the end of the interview. He will ask a couple of scenario question that are suppose to make you feel uncomfortable and then examines your body language. The employees appear to be nice, but none of leave there offices.
