I received a phone screening first, and we scheduled the first interview with the Account Manager/Designer, they called me back for a second interview with the Designer, Director, and President of the company and they wanted me to design a coupon. The designer contacted me again for a third interview with her, Director, and President of the company and wanted me to design a second coupon that was more creative rather than guided. After the interview they wanted me to copy a design, to see how long it would take me. They said they would get back to me by Monday, a week later I contacted them asking when they think their decision will be made...no response. I reached out again saying I had another job offer and they never responded. I just want a response even if they don't want me, it's unprofessional for any company to not respond when the candidate has put so much time and effort trying to get the job. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company!
