The interview was scheduled shortly after turning in the application. It was a relatively brief conversation with standard interview questions. Seemed like an easy going environment with good management and it was. Discussed availability, pay, training, start date, relevant experience, what I was looking to gain if employed there. Management is easy to talk with and flowed more like a conversation than an interrogation.

Interview
Very professional. Manager was prepared and on point. Took time to tell you a bit about the history of the company. Seemed enthusiastic and passionate. Asked about me and what my goals were. Seemed sincere and honest. Was straightforward about what they were looking for. Described the position in detail.
