Interview consisted of 3 parts. First was phone interview with technical questions, the second one was face-to-face technical interview with management, the third one was with HR management. Phone interview was with 2 operations engineers about techical things like Apache, Unix etc. Also it was about some management questions (how I manage the team). The second was not about technical just to see my personality. The third one was mostly for HR management.
