They move really really quickly which some might take that as a red-flag. Literally half an hour after the phone interview I was asked to come in the next day for an in person interview. So, an invitation with less the 24 hours to prepare or at least to try to have the day off from your current job. Lots of personal questions to the point that it freaks you out. Some of the people I met with were really nice and some you just can't stand. Each interviewer ask the same exact questions you've been asked before, I guess they are making sure that you're consistent with your story and not making thinks up which makes you wonder whether or not they perform background check on new hires.
