The interview process was seamless - largely thanks to the consultants involved. I was interviewed my multiple people including the CIO and CEO. The irony was that I was initially interviewed by someone outside the organization (a close friend of the CEO) who also made me the offer. This was a challenge as expectations were not communicated to both parties.
