You can apply directly through company website. (www.vsplc.com). Basically there are 3-4 rounds in interview process. 1) Technical Telephonic Round - Very Simple round, you have to just know about your projects discription and basic of oops and specific technology basic like (MVC,WCF etc).
80 % got selected for next round. 2) Face To Face Techincal Round - In this round you have more specific about worked technologies and projects. Questions are very comman but you have relate your answer with real time example or scenario. Interviewer having 3-4 years experienced in specific technology but too much skilled so give a specific answer. Try to show you are ready to learn new technologies and conformable to work. time of this round is 1 to 2 hour. Only 40% will selected to next round. If you crack this round then next round will be very easy.
3) 2nd Face To Face Technical - Time Half hour. One of the manager will take this round and check your technical as well as managerial skill. This round is very easy to clear.
4) HR Round - All the salary related discussion will be done in this round, If you crack 2nd technical round you have already selected only thing is you have bargain with your expected salary with HR or Senior people.
