Initial Video Interview
Usually an asynchronous/on-demand interview with prerecorded questions about experience, communication style, and work approach.
Assessment Stage (where I am now)
Includes:
aptitude/reasoning tests
math and logic questions
attention-to-detail exercises
possibly another short video response section
They have an online assessment they send out first with vocabulary and math questions, personality test, and computer aptitude test. Some of it is timed. Then I was sent a 10 question video interview.
