While some of our staff are early in their careers, many are not, and we strongly value a balanced and inclusive work environment. If you were interviewed, it's clear that your application was seriously considered, regardless of age or any other personal factor. It’s also important to mention that the role you're referring to hasn’t been open in over a year.
