First they gave a form which we need to fill all of our details including area of interest..
First round is Online test - it’s like basic multiple Choice questions ( they r not going to consider this test result so don’t worry ). Second one technical - three panel members were present and they start to ask questions based on your area of interest which you mentioned

It was about technical regarding basics in Civil engineering and have to prepare for 15min presentation in front of professors and they will make interactive sessions to understand your presented topic.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vel Tech in May 2014

After seeing the advertisement, called over phone for possible working options and invited for interview in any working day. Interviews held in the campus. Interview is not smooth!!!!!! Interviewer said indirectly that they are not interested in research!!!!!!! I understood that they are looking for the people with Master's. They wasted my precious time.
