Had one phone interview asking to expand upon my resume and what I was looking to get from the position. At the end of the phone interview I was asked about scheduling an in person interview. The day of the in person interview I met with 4 interviewers one on one, from management to direct superiors on the manufacturing floor. They focused on career intentions and tested me on some of the tools I listed on my resume. They called back the next day offering the position.
