The interview process was generally good, and everybody that I spoke with was very nice knowledgeable and seemed to have tenure with the company. There were four rounds of interviews all would Managment level, and it did not seem like they were desperate, which was a good sign however once I was offered the position, I had one call to ask questions about the salary and some of the answers that I got seemed a little sketchy after the recruiter I was working with said that they would reach out to the hiring manager to get additional details about the compensation since it was well below my current salary and I asked if weather or not I could go through additional interviews for the next level to be more in line with my value to the company. I never received a call back, but instead got an email saying that they were rescinding the offer as they couldn't meet my salary requirements. I felt it was a bit impersonal and complete opposite of my experience with them up until that point.
