we did three or four steps to complete an interview. It was with two different persons one lead developer and one from the human recourses department. I had to do a IQ/riddle test also.

It was a nice experience. The interviews have at least 4 stages.
At stage 1 you will meet with HR for some questions then at stage 2, the interview is with at least 4 people as candidates, you will participate at test to see if you are a team player. Then you will write a test with a lot of questions either theoretically or practical.

Interview
After my online application, I had a 7-minutes phone conversation about how I know the company and some things about me. I was invited to an interview at their office. It was a group interview with four more candidates. We were asked to talk about ourselves. We were asked a question about how we would deal with a business situation. We had a 15-minutes programming language (of our preference) test and finally, we were split into two groups and were asked to solve logic riddles.
