Pretty standard process. Sit down with an engineer for 20-30 minutes and give them details about your skills/work experience. They also asked about my ability to use solidworks and if i had any experience with CAD systems. Another cool thing they did was give me a tour of the factory and introduced me to a few of the current employees.
