I did 2 interviews with them and it went very well. I talked with a product manager twice in two different interviews. The first was a resume review, the second was a case study presentation, then a design challenge. I was told I would absolutely hear back by the end of the week about next steps. I sent her two emails over the next 3 weeks to follow up and was ghosted, never heard anything at all. Surprising for a company of only 40 people and felt very rude.
