They ask questions. Have you do a WPM test, and that is pretty much it. Then they take your ID, keep a file, have you fill out paper work. Then you are to join a training group on the days they have set.

You submit the application online, they will call you for an interview regardless. When you get there you will read a generic script and do a basic typing test (you only need 20-25 WPM to pass). If you're hired (and you likely will be) you'll be put into the next training class (on Saturday).

Interview
Casual setting, one on one interview with the hiring manager. They ask you to talk about yourself and then you take a typing test. Passing words per minute is 35-40 (?) I think they also have you take a written test if I remember correctly.
