Venture Photography interview questions

Very informal, relaxed management made it very calming for me. Very respectful and created a position for me. Both managers and owners were present and they showed me around the premises including going through all the products. Introduced me to other staff.

Phone screening was done before they invited you for an interview. The first interview lasted for 25 minutes. A general overview of the company and job description was mentioned, explaining that the studio was operated under franchise and the headquarter is in UK. The working environment looks great and the interview was a casual chat (not much pressure). I was informed that there would be a second interview (panel with two more interviewers together) if I was selected.
